I. GENERAL PRICE INFORMATION
1.1. All products in the www.solsticedaily.lt e-shop are listed in euros (€) including the applicable VAT rate.
1.2. We reserve the right to change prices, but the price you saw and confirmed at the time of payment always applies to your order.
II. SECURE PAYMENT VIA OPAY SYSTEM
2.1. To ensure the highest level of data protection, we collect payments through the Opay platform. This is one of the most secure and popular payment systems in Lithuania.
2.2. Supported banks: You can pay via the e-banking systems of the following banks:
2.2.1. Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių bankas, Revolut.
2.3. Cards: Payments are accepted via Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards.
2.4. Security: Your bank login details are entered directly on the banks’ servers. No banking information of yours is collected or stored on SOLSTICE servers.
III. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION AND INVOICES
3.1. Confirmation: Immediately after successful payment, an order confirmation will be sent to your specified email address. If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, please check your Spam folder or contact us.
3.2. Invoices: We generate VAT invoices automatically and send them by email after the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.
3.3. Errors: If you provided incorrect payer details when filling out the order, please inform us immediately at hello@solsticedaily.lt before the invoice is finally registered in the system.
IV. APPLICATION OF DISCOUNTS
4.1. If you have a SOLSTICE discount code, you must enter it in the cart section before clicking the “Pay” button.
4.2. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise in the promotion rules. After payment is made, the discount code cannot be applied retroactively.
