DELIVERY (EN)
I. DELIVERY TERRITORY AND PARTNERS
-
SOLSTICE delivers products throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania and foreign countries.
-
To ensure maximum parcel security and efficiency, we cooperate with the most reliable logistics partners: DPD and Omniva.
-
During the order process, the Buyer can choose delivery to self-service parcel lockers (terminals).
II. DELIVERY PRICE AND FREE SHIPPING CONDITIONS
-
Delivery in Lithuania: Delivery is FREE throughout Lithuania (except for the Curonian Spit). We value simplicity, therefore all standard delivery costs (to parcel lockers) are already included in the product price.
-
International delivery: The price for shipping to foreign countries is not fixed – it is automatically calculated and visible in the final checkout window after entering the delivery address and country.
-
Curonian Spit: Due to additional fees applied by courier services for the ferry crossing, a one-time additional fee of €20.28 applies for delivery to the Curonian Spit.
III. DELIVERY TERMS AND PROCESS
-
Preparation: Products ordered and paid for on business days before 2:00 PM are prepared and dispatched on the same day.
-
Term: Standard delivery time in Lithuania is 1–2 business days. During the holiday season or major sales, the term may extend to 3–5 business days. The international delivery term depends on the selected country (usually 3–7 business days).
-
Information: As soon as your shipment is handed over to the courier service, we will inform you by email, providing the shipment tracking number. On the day of delivery, the parcel locker system will inform you via SMS.
-
Storage: Shipments are stored in parcel lockers for 72 hours. If you do not collect the shipment during this time, it is returned to the SOLSTICE warehouse. In this case, re-shipping costs extra for the Buyer.
IV. RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY
-
Condition Check: When receiving a shipment from a courier or collecting it from a parcel locker, the Buyer must inspect the packaging. If the packaging is obviously damaged (wet, torn, heavily dented), the Buyer must refuse to accept the shipment or write a packaging damage report together with the courier.
-
Consequences: If you accept the shipment, it is considered delivered in good order. Claims regarding mechanical damage that occurred during transportation are not considered later.
